One of my twitter girlfriends suggested that I do a smoky Amarante look (this is *daytime* smoky) so here it is.

Moonwalk creme eyeshadow - as a base
Amarante - lid
Aurelie - crease
Persian Kitten - to blend out crease
Fiona - brow highlight
Oyster - to soften inner corner
Chocolate Mousse/Endangered indelible liner mixed - lower lashes
Firewoman rocks topped with Pixie - cheeks
Frosted Beige NYX - lips

I really like this! You're hair is great, b.t.w., makes you look younger imo. There are JUST to many blondes walking around! I rarely use Amarante or Aurelie, but this is just amazing. Dang you, now I want moonwalk. I tend to be scared of khakie (can you believe that? Everyone loves that color!) But with that Alloy/Amarante look I did, maybe I shouldn't be scared of khakie if I use enough contrast (like the heavy warm-toned bronze liner I used in my look). Thanks for showing us moonwalk!

I love this one! It almost looks like a light pink fading to the brightness of Amarante. The lip choice is perfect with it, too.

I love your hair color, Robyn. Would you say it's honey blonde? That's how I would probably describe it. I see some reddish tones, too. Since our skin tones seem to be very close, I was thinking of trying this hair color, too. Do you mind telling me what color it is?

Thank you. I think the metallics are my way of being bold without using over-the-top colors.

Thank you, Kittycat. It's definitely NOT blonde. The flash from the camera (combined with the fact that the section in the front of my hair that was the most blonde in my "before" state caused the brown color to fade) makes the color appear a bit lighter than it is in person. It's actually a medium reddish brown. I don't know the "actual" color since my stylist did it for me. He used three different colors and foiled them in.
