We have a few simple rules (plus a few complicated rules courtesy of Infopop) to help ensure you have an enjoyable experience while visiting the Aromaleigh Aficionadas message board.

The simple rules:

Rule #1: Be nice, be respectful, be polite.

We welcome your honest opinions and reviews, both positive and negative, about our products. Posts containing flames, profanity, personal attacks, inflammatory statements, or any other violations of our forum guidelines will be edited or deleted without notification. Members who continually post in violation of forum guidelines will lose their forum access.

Rule #2: The primary purpose of this board is to discuss Aromaleigh products as well as tips and techniques for using them.

While our focus is on Aromaleigh products, you are welcome to mention other products if the purpose is to find a comparable Aromaleigh product or to see if our products may be used in conjunction with a product you already have.

Rule #3: No advertising is allowed.

Please do not advertise your own business. We also appreciate that you do not provide free advertising for our competitors by providing URLs to sites or by discussing/promoting their products (including cosmetics, brushes, natural fragrances, skincare).

Rule #4: Please respect all copyright laws.

Do not post any copyrighted information (photos, graphics, articles, information copied from other websites) here unless you have the express written permission of the copyright holder. This written permission must also be emailed (by the copyright holder) to Amy at aromaleigh1@yahoo.com, as it is needed for our records.

Aromaleigh and Aromaleigh Aficionadas retain the copyright to all materials posted on our forum. You may not copy posts from this forum to other forums without the express permission of the author of that information. Authors of posts retain full rights to their posts and may copy their own posts.

Rule #5: Respect the instructions of your moderators.

If you have a concern about the actions of your moderators, address it in email to Amy, not on the board. When instructions are ignored, threads will be shut down or deleted.

Rule #6: Customer service concerns related to a particular order can not be handled on the forum.

Due to our privacy policy, we cannot discuss customer service concerns related to a particular order on this forum. If you have a problem with your order, please email Amy at aromaleigh1@yahoo.com, and we will get back to you promptly. If you do not receive a response within two business days, please email us again as it is possible your original email was not received.

You are welcome to ask general questions about our policies, not related to a specific order, on the forum. For the quickest response, however, please direct your question via email to Amy.

Rule #7: Please don't feed the trolls!

Thank goodness we usually don't have any trolls hanging around.
