I figured I would post these pics that I had taken after I received my first set of samples, even though I'm dog-tired in them. I actually look okay in the after, lol.

The light is harsh fluorescent from the bathroom, only because I was rushing to get out the door, lol. All of it is drugstore except for the e/s, so I suppose this doesn't even really qualify, but I did get a c/u of the shadow.

This is before - freshly washed and moisturized (notice eyeglass mark on nose...orz)

I used tamarind on the lid, and velvet dream in the crease. I had used tarnish near the lashline, but you couldn't really tell. I'm still a bit new when it comes to applying more than just your-average-make-up.

And this is after.

I use a basic black kohl eyeliner and brown mascara, and i alwaysalwaysalways have to use a brow definer, as mine are normally very light and only go about halfway across my eyes.

My hair is currently a dark cherry brown with some misplaced highlights that are bit of a brassy red. My first order is going out tomorrow, and I'm going for the Sonic Rocks set. Mostly because I never wear anything to work other than the foundation, eyeliner and mascara with a sheer lip. I have full lips and save bold colors for when I'm going out. I work in a hospital, so looking like I'm ready for clubbing isn't that appropriate, lol. I'm also going to order the Black Cherry gel liner. It feeds my need for a dark liner, and a bit of the auburn color that I'm apparently obsessed with.

My next set of pics, I promise will be in a natural light. I need to stop rushing through ^_~

Those colors are perfect on you! You really did a great job defining your brows...makes a big difference as I've learned while on this forum! Are you using blue mascara?

You are gorgeous before AND after! And boo to you for "light brows". At least they're visible in your before pic! Mine totally aren't unless I dye them. And then I STILL have to pencil them in!

Lovely girl - and yes, those LIPS!

My coloring - Fair, naturally curly dark red hair, freckles (light golden), combo to oily skin, use 1W Glissade and/or Voile, although I can and have worn 1Y, 1Y/L, and 1Y/L/00 at different times. Would describe my coloring as neutral - not a classic Autumn, not really a Winter, maybe more of a Late Fall?

I absolutely love you guys, lol. Thank you!!

I had thought I used a dark brown mascara, but thinking back - I think it was black. I don't normally use black, because the kind I have does not react well with the lash curler.

As for the lips - I finally accepted the fact that I have them and that there is no such thing as "lip-reduction surgery". I rarely use liner, though, as I'm not that coordinated to not go off and draw under my nose or something crazy like that.

Thank you thank you for the lovely compliments -D

I'm placing my first actual order in a few minutes, and I'm still trying to decide on what exactly I want. Tonight, I foiled Tea on the inner corners of my eyes and used Tarnish on the outer (non-foiled) and Gilded Jealousy on the crease. I loved the effect, but I really do need to get the eyeshadow primer.

I also used the Rococo rouge, and THAT is going on my first order. OMG. I loved it. It was just enough color in my cheeks, and it seemed to make my eyes a bit brighter.

I have a wedding next weekend that I need to find the "perfect face" for. My dress is a basic black sleeveless number, a bit flowy on the bottom. I'm going to dress it up with accessories, but I'm thinking I might do the purpley/pink smokey eye thing that I have here - just a bit more dramatic.

I can't believe it took 30 years to become a bit more girly, but it's just so much fun.
