Bridget and FH have both done B&A progressions recently, and while I'm not that brave (or coordinated, I'm not sure which LOL), I'm posting my first ever B&A here - it's amazing the difference a bit of well-applied mu can make!

first, totally bare face, nothing on but my daily moisturiser and a bit of AL lip balm (Italian blood orange, YUM):


now my finished look today (this was the look I did for Bridget's pink-and-orange challenge, I'll post more pix and mu info over on that thread):

juby, pls do! I love seeing how such a little bit of AL's amazing products can make such a BIG difference! I know from my FOTD posts it probably looks like I use a TON of mu, but I generally use just a little bit of all of the products I list - w/AL, a little bit really DOES go a long way...!

*sigh* HL, they're not freckles (I wish they were! I wanted freckles SOOO badly when I was a kid LOL); they're actually moles - I'm covered w/them, from head to toe... I once had a dermatologist tell me he'd never seen anyone w/such an unusually high mole count, which is part of the reason I'm such a firm believer in sun protection (apparently moles tend to easily mutate into melanoma)... but I'm glad you think my "freckles" are cute - I think the "cuteness" factor (I've got this cherubic round face, too, geez) is partly why people usually mistake me for being so much younger than I am...

Hi Tanya, again I forgot to comment, thank you for posting your before and after pictures! It's so much fun to see how makeup just makes you more colourful and bright... you are still 'you' (I just love colour, so I love the 'transformation' pictures)

I can see why you wouldn't mind going out in public without makeup - you look fabulous naturally. Since you brought it up, would you mind telling us your age?

I think we all are to some degree or another, but I also think we're all a lot more critical of ourselves, our skin, etc. than other people are...
