I just got the Travel Brush Set. I know how to use most of the brushes but

I have NO freaking clue how to use
the taklon angled brush or the pointed taklon brush.

It's 4 AM...I don't care at this point if I look stoopid, HALP! TeeHeeHee

I use the angled taklon for liner and the pointed taklon for my pure cover concealer. That's just me though.Hopefully someone else will give some tips too.

OK - that angled taklon will be awesome for liner of all sorts- dry powder, wet powder and gel. It is also perfect for adding color to your brows and for doing fine detail work at the outer corner and V. Depending on the size of the brush in relation to your eye, you might find that is also is a good size for setting that outer V shape - you can use the slant edge to sort of stamp your precise outline, then go back and fill in.

Pointed taklon is great for concealer, liquid or gel liner (a thicker line than the angled taklon), lip products (especially to outline the lip) and so on.

Just play - think about what you want to do, then choose the brush that seems most likely. For example, I love a dense, firm crease brush to laying in my crease color with my eye open, because the bristles don't splay and I can be more precise - I go back with a softer one to blend the color through. I also really love that same dense, firm crease brush shape for adding a soft, wide swath of color under my lower lashes. I especially like the look of doing that with a nude for me shade, the same color I'd use to contour cheekbones and the tip of my nose. It just gives lots of depth and contrast and makes my eyes look bright and awake without color or darkness.

Anyway, have fun!

My coloring - Fair, naturally curly dark red hair, freckles (light golden), combo to oily skin, use 1W Glissade and/or Voile, although I can and have worn 1Y, 1Y/L, and 1Y/L/00 at different times. Would describe my coloring as neutral - not a classic Autumn, not really a Winter, maybe more of a Late Fall?

You can use the pointed one for the crease, too. I'd definitely use the angled one for lining or crease / outer vee / lower lash line.
