Since my skin is drier during winter, I have been using a liquid foundation. I know the older blush brush is rather small for overall face, but do you think it would do okay with putting on liquid foundation? And does anyone have a really good technique to doing this? I really want to try it!

20 yrs. old, Glissade 1Y, very oily skin with light freckles on nose and cheeks, long purple hair, light brown/hazel-ish eyes.

Currently loving: Rocks! Sonic Collection, all three YAD blushes, Watermelon Pure Hue on cheeks..<3

Oh, and I'm hopelessly addicted to purple and black eyeshadows..!

Fiberoptic brushes can be great for applying creams and liquids - I think it's worth playing around with your blush brush just for kicks. When I've done this, I've put the liquid foundation onthe back of my hand, then swirled the brush into it, dabbed it on the places I wanted the most coverage (center of face for me), then just started buffing it in in swirly circles. It does give a nice finish, and I think I ended up using less foundation than I would have with a sponge. Def. worth a try!

My coloring - Fair, naturally curly dark red hair, freckles (light golden), combo to oily skin, use 1W Glissade and/or Voile, although I can and have worn 1Y, 1Y/L, and 1Y/L/00 at different times. Would describe my coloring as neutral - not a classic Autumn, not really a Winter, maybe more of a Late Fall?

I have tried it before with that brush, and it works for me! I just dab it over and over (stippling, if you're familiar with the drawing technique). I do it went I want serious coverage, then sometimes a light layer of minerals over that.

Coloring: 1.5 level skin with yellow undertones, hazel eyes, medium golden/reddish brown hair color. Surprisingly, I look best in neutral and cool-toned makeup. Love greys and pinks. Current Favorites: Magnetism gel liner, Rocks! Rouge in Breathless, Pinafore Color Cream, Adelaide EDT, Delicate Vanilla Bean Lipbalm, Ondberry and Maylily Spring Solstice!
