My coloring - Fair, naturally curly dark red hair, freckles (light golden), combo to oily skin, use 1W Glissade and/or Voile, although I can and have worn 1Y, 1Y/L, and 1Y/L/00 at different times. Would describe my coloring as neutral - not a classic Autumn, not really a Winter, maybe more of a Late Fall?

I like Wallflower and Pinafore the best. JMHO, though. All 3 colors are pretty.

Current Al favs: 2Y Voile; Corset, Sweetheart and Persimmon pure rouges; Arielle, Seaglass and Slate eye shadows; Marcasite gel eyeliner

Personal coloring: ash brown hair (looks dark in photos) with reddish highlights (only visible in bright sunlight) and a few white hairs; soft grayed blue-green eyes; fair neutral skin (Al level 2) that burns then tans; Irish-English ancestry. I do not look good in obviously warm colors. I believe I'm either a Color Me Beautiful "Cool Summer" or a Donna Fujii "High-Contrast Summer," as the colors of these 2 palettes suit me well.

i now have all 3 colors. lollypop is my fave, wallflower is 2nd best, and pinafore is 3rd. i can see pinafore being a great pink for spring, since pink lips are in this year (i read it in miss k.'s blog). pinafore is a bit too pink for me, though, so here's what i do: i put pinafore on the top lip and lollypop on the bottom lip, rub them together, and i get a georgeous berry color.

Awesome idea, I should try that someday!

I now have a sample of Wallflower (f/s is on the way) and f/s of the other two. My opinions...

Wallflower is my favorite, it is an excellent MLBB shade for my warm skintone! It's the perfect peachy-pink color I've been searching for (Enamor was too bright, Limbo too shimmery, Wallflower just right!) This will make an excellent everyday lip color for me!

Lollypop is a lovely red on me, it's my replacement for the out-of-stock Infared lipstick. Lollypop also looks much better on my skintone than any of the new red glosses (Tantalize, Bedevil, Enthrall). This is the color I'll be wearing whenever I want a bold lip Smile

(Sidenote: Moonsugar, in these pics, Lollypop looks pink on you. Is that accurrate? On me it is definitely RED and not pink! I was just curious if this was one of those colors that looks different on different people, or if it was just something about your camera!)

Pinafore is pretty but also a bit more pink and/or too cool than what I'd prefer. Like Lollypop, it's also very bright/bold on my pale skin (whereas Wallflower was a lighter, more natural color on me.) However hubby really likes Pinafore on me so I went ahead and got a f/s when it was on sale .... so I'll wear it sometimes, but probably not as often as the other two!

Lips: Notorious, Wallflower, Melancholia, Rosebud

ACMS,

Thanks for that hint! I have one lollypop (I accidentally typed loppypop and had to fix it --ha ha) and I don't care for it. I have lots of pinafore and mixing the two will be a good use of the lollypop. I'll have to try the lollypop as a blush too.
