Hey guys Smile I saw that no one had posted a challenge this week so I figured I might as well because I have an interesting idea (AND it is my birthday on the 30th so I thought it would be alright Smile)

So here is the challenge...

As summer is coming to a close fall is really just around the corner. So today I was randomly looking through some of Christian Lacroix's latest couture collections and an idea hit me. A challenge based off of a runway show!

SO here it is. I want you lovely ladies to do looks based off of Gucci's fall 2008 Menswear collection. This collection was based off of the lead singer of one of my favorite bands, Gogol Bordello, and is simply fabulous!

Now here is what you'll do...

1. Pick a guy!
2. Do your look based off of his clothes, accessories, HIS make up (if you want), his overall look, ANYTHING. As long as its inspired by his vibe on the runway it is cool (:
3. When you post remember to post a picture of the guy as well.
4. Enjoy!

I love these looks, and I love Gogol Bordello, too! That was the music playing when DH and I got tattooed in Vegas at 2am last time we were there! it was perfect!

My coloring - Fair, naturally curly dark red hair, freckles (light golden), combo to oily skin, use 1W Glissade and/or Voile, although I can and have worn 1Y, 1Y/L, and 1Y/L/00 at different times. Would describe my coloring as neutral - not a classic Autumn, not really a Winter, maybe more of a Late Fall?

Oh Bridget that is so awesome about your tattoos! I'm glad you guys like the challenge.

This collection makes me want to be a guy. Seriously, it is unfair! Hahaha.

Good afternoon,ladies. This is my first time doing a makeup challenge. I was really drawn to this particular outfit for some reason. I just love the olive greens of fall!

For this look I am wearing:

Indelible creme shadow in Bare Necessity
Bete Noire Amarante from lash to crease.
Bete Noire Ambre in the crease. (I was going to switch these two around, but it didn't happen that way.)
Satin Slippers from crease to brow,and inner corners.

Glissade 3C on face along with Starbright(the original)

Non-AL blush

And Gothic Lolita lippie in Melancholia

Ooh yes - happy birthday!

Spent some time looking at the slideshow again - it is truly fully of amazing looks. Love the layering.

And I probably don't need to say it, but I LOVE that hair! How I wish I could get mine to do that sorta sexy shaggy thing. I especially like the hair on that Johnny Depp looking lad. His face and eyes sorta creep me out, but his hair is fantastic!
