Miss SemperFiesty has asked that I post the challenge colors this week. I haven't put much thought into today's color picks... I basically went with colors that I own that I still haven't tried and need some inspiration for. Smile

The colors are:
1. STRYCHNINE or any bright green like GRASS, JUSTLIKEHEAVEN, SEVERINA, GOOGOOMUCK, VENOM, POISONIVY.... etc.
2. SMOKESCREEN or any silver/gray/charcoal shade, like FUME, WONDERLAND, LOLA, ADRENOCHROME, ...etc.

My hubby doesn't like this look - thinks the green is too intense or something, but, hey, I LIKE the intense green.

I didn't have either of the challenge colors, but substituted...

I did virtue dry under the lid, lazysod/poisonivy wet on lid, elegant reverie dry in crease and lower lashline, and wetlined upper lashline. finished with sinisterrouge on cheeks and pinafore colorwash on lips.

Peacock, I love thoses colors on you! Nice job with the application, it looks great!

Melissa, bright and beautiful as ever!! Love it!!

I love Strychnine and ususally use it as a liner. I don't have smokescreen yet, but I do have fume and just got a sample of ebony. I'll see what I can do.

peacock - I think the intense green is perfect with your hair Smile

Melissa - beautiful as always - I really like this particular aqua shadow with your eye color.

I don't have either of these colors - so did some creative substitutions. I've also been wanting to try this defined crease technique with my eyeliner - so here goes:

Ice matte inner corner
JustLikeHeaven Rocks outer corner
Black eye kohl to outline crease and on lower lash line smudged
black out eye gel on upper lash line
snow under brow to highlight

Wonderful looks!!

I didn't have Strychnine, so I used a couple of greens as replacements. Smokescreen, of course, I have. Did sort of a smokey green eye.

Bare Necessity all over
Black Out gel liner top only
Smokescreen all over lid
Emerald in crease & blended into lid
Severina in crease & just into browbone
JustLikeHeaven above that on browbone
Envy along top of browbone
mascara
black shadow in brows

Open, standing just in the sun, no flash

Closed, standing in shade, no flash

Closed, standing slightly in sun, no flash

Sorry the pics are a little fuzzy....I cropped them for just the eye and when I went to resize them they blurred a bit.

Yep, I do my own brows. I hate them actually. I have a bald spot in one of them. I would frighten small children if I went out without my "brows on" TeeHeeHee But thanks though Smile

Chi - LOVE it! You and I did a very similar look. Too funny Smile

I was going to comment on your brows too - but now I'll just ask if you tweeze or wax? They always look so perfect!! Mine get stray hairs all over if I'm not right on top of it. I think a better mirror would help me a lot.

I tweeze and wax actually. I'll wax maybe once every couple months just to get rid of all the peach fuzz and then tweeze all the strays that come in. I'd actually love to grow them out and start over, but I would look like a sasquatch if I did, so I don't Big Grin You two are too kind Smile

Can't wait to see yours Nina!
