You "red" that right! The challenge this week is to post a look using black, white, and red as the palette.

Oh, this is so awesome. Somehow I feel like it goes with one of the recent fashion trends. I remember graphic black/white patterns being popular this past spring, I think. (Ok, I just looked it up, that was a trend this past spring. In another happier life, I was a fashion/makeup designer )

Hmm, now this is going to be interesting! Definitely outside the box for me...is a "look" the entire face, or the eyes? Or either?

I've paged through a few and these challenges look really fun, you guys are quite creative...

Hahaha, yeah, but do I wear them? Rarely... Seriously, people who go with the "trends" all the time must a) have lots of money (or money dedicated to clothes, not makeup ) and b) have the perfect body type b.c. so often trends are not flattering to curves!

The grass is always greener ... I have no curves and feel that most trends look better on girls with curves! Especially all the flowy tops and dresses, baggy "boyfriend" styles, etc. -- they just hide what little curves I have!

Anyway this sounds like a fun challenge, not sure if I'll get around to doing a look or not, but I am definitely interested to see what everyone else does!

Hey girls!!!
So I decided to do something super dramatic for this one, inspired on the MAC face chart with the swirly mask. I'm not posting product details so I don't take up too much space, I'll do a separate post for that. Here's some pics. I hope you like !!!

WOW! I saw that face chart today on a friend's blog and thought it was really cool. I can't even imagine how you did that! If I tried that - well, let's just say it would be less than pretty. LOL

Thanks Katrina! It took some time and a lot of patience, but it was worth it! I just did the outlines first in white, then red, then filled it in with white and smudged the red out with eyeshadow... The sides were the hardest part. I had to turn my head into unimaginable positions lol

I was thinking the answer was a sunburned Zebra.
I'm always wrong.

I need to think of something to do for this one... I might have an idea... but I don't know yet.
