Yay! Can I do a mid-summer look? I love that collection!

Well, this is my first time posting in the AL forums, although I've been active in the Facebook group. The challenge sounded interesting, and seeing that today I got a few things in the mail, I decided to take it up during a break in work.

There's only two "cheats" here: one is that I used 3 shades, not 2, and the other is that I used a final all-over with the new Twilight lustre.

What I used: Startle on lid, Alchemy under brow, Cocoa Mauve on V and crease; eyeliner is Drama Cocoa dry, with Startle on the inner third, and MAC's Sharkskin Shadestick for waterline. On the rest of the face, Coquille Nectarine and Twilight Lustre. Pout on lips, but you'll excuse that I don't show the whole face as I've got a *huge* hormone-induced boil in the tip of my nose and I'd rather not show it to the world

And with these challenges you are free to add any additional colors, or substitute similar colors if you don't have the colors specified by the challenge. So using 3 colors was not cheating at all

And since you are the first person to post pics in this week's thread, you get to choose next week's challenge! You can post your new thread on Sunday or Monday

I realized after I put my shadow on that these colors fit the requirements, otherwise I probably wouldn't have gotten around to the challenge again this week, just been too busy!

aloe pure eyes frost - inner 1/2 lid
khaki pure eyes frost - outer 1/2 lid and crease
umber pure eyes matte - to deepen outer corner
oyster pure eyes matte mixed w/ [/b]daphne[/b] eye lustre - brow bone
chocolate mousse/endangered gel liners mixed together - smudged on upper/lower lash lines

Rest of face:
2y, 1yl, 3yl, magnolia blossom franked foundation
clear ultra resolution finishing powder
rococo gl rouge mixed w/ champagne blush - cheeks
wallflower gl color creme - lips

You girls look beautiful!!! I'm a newbie so I don't have any "old" colors to choose from, but I love seeing whatyou all come up with.

Cin, you look gorrrrrrgeous! Such soft blending.

Robyn, I love that combo. It really spotlights the ring of darker color at the circumference of your iris. And your brows are awesome!

Ooh, pretty. Nice shading, Cin, and love that lip color on you. Robyn, do you mean Wallflower as a lippie? Love this look. This looks very springy to me. That is a great blush color for you. I should try mixing champagne with blushes for spring and summer!

I think the challenge is just for colors from older collections, they can still be new to you! Miss K has released so many new and limited edition collections lately, that I'm sure a lot of us are distracted by the pretty new colors and are neglecting the older collections! So go ahead and participate if you have colors from any of the collections mentioned in the original post:
