Lip color in Nuance is wonderful in its simple complexity - a lovely soft shade that is subtle yet still brings life to my pale "soft autumn" complexion. I've been looking for this color for a while - shoulda known it would be at Aromaleigh!

Glad you like it!

I'm surprised at how so many people describe Nuance as "natural," "soft," etc.... I must have super pale lips because it looks so dark and bold on me! lol But still a gorgeous color Smile

Hurray for finding a favorite!

funny how lippies go - for me, Nuance is quite a bit paler than my lip, and even paler than my mom likes (and she's pretty neutral, soft and light in the lip department).

G_g, i can't even imagine Nuance being bold or bright! I'd love to see it!

My coloring - Fair, naturally curly dark red hair, freckles (light golden), combo to oily skin, use 1W Glissade and/or Voile, although I can and have worn 1Y, 1Y/L, and 1Y/L/00 at different times. Would describe my coloring as neutral - not a classic Autumn, not really a Winter, maybe more of a Late Fall?

Hmm, it's been a while since I played with my Nuance sample but I seem to remember it being darker than Coquette. And Coquette is pretty bold on me -- when I wore it the first time hubby asked why I was wearing such a dark lippie! lol

My lip color is almost the exact same depth as Rosebud lipstick -- Rosebud is a bit more pink/cool but isn't any lighter or darker than my lips. Colors like Rosebud, Wallflower, Melancholia, Cakewalk, and any of the Rocks lip tints are all great MLBB shades (they all add a bit of color but are not overpowering) and are my daily lippies Smile

Coquette is nice - I can't determine if its a bit too cool for me - I'll keep playing with my sample. Wallflower looks sooo beautiful but I'm worried it will be too bright for me.

That's funny -- I find Coquette to be very warm/orange and bold on me, but Wallflower is a great subtle everyday sort of lippie for me, not bright at all! Guess it depends on skintones, natural lip colors, and perhaps just perceptions and personal tastes Smile

Though I admit I'm much more picky on lip colors than other makeup ... the wrong lip color makes me look so much worse than the wrong eyeshadow Wink
