Okay so I just HAD to share my excitement over my first order. I basically ordered samples of EVERYTHING on sale! (Im such a bargain shopper/ frugalista) And I still spent a ton, but I think I got A LOT of stuff for the price so Im happy. We shall see what my husband thinks haha. Anyway I ordered lots of different eyeshadows, a variety of foundations so I can find my shade, and a few lipsticks. Im going to be set for forever now!

I dont often buy new makeup. I usually indulge in one thing and use it until its gone..then buy a similar neutral. But I have a lot of time on my hands now and Im trying to reinvent myself a bit so I went out on a limb...but I think Ill be very happy! And I cant wait to share my thoughts with yall as well as on my blog. I want to post pictures, and if I can muster up the courage, a video blog. ^_^

Anyway, yay! Thanks for all the welcome messages. And hopefully Im not crazy and didnt overdo it! hehe gnight to everyone! And thank you Kristen for all your amazing unique collections and hard work!

Yay for a first order!! Should I tell you now that our monthly Aromaleigh Anonymous meeting is the last Wednesday of each month?

When you get your eyeshadows, stick a cotton swab in the bag and do a little test patch on your hand or arm. Test them both dry and wet, some colors will look quite different on, and more intense wet. I've been pleasantly surprised more than once, thinking I wouldn't like a shade and then loving it when I swatched it.

Good luck finding your foundation shade, and don't hesitate to post pics if you need help narrowing it down. I look forward to some FOTD's from you soon!!

I'm pretty new too. Still sampling things and figuring out what my favorites are. I have to say, though, that I love everything. It's all fun and creative and gives me a great feeling when I get to use it.

One thing this newbie can offer to another newbie: don't overlook the Les Papillon eyeshadow collection... it's a limited edition and the colors are incredible. My personal favorite is Glowing Luna, but I like them all!

Yay! You are going to have so much fun! Isn't it nice you can sample everything? The samples will last you awhile! But it is so much fun when you get a full size too. I still have yet to hit the pan of one of my shadows. Can't wait to see your photos!

Awesome, I made my first order recently too (and just received my second, actually ). I ordered a few full pots of pure hues in the my first, a ton of Sonic Rocks samples for my second. So I can totally relate to your excitement. I hope you love all your shadows and othe rproduct you ordered!
