Hi. I am not sure where to post this so I was hoping you look here some times. I know you are very busy, but I was hoping to get some help. A few years ago I started with AL and I went by the name Naihachi. I tried to sign back in, but forgot the password and most of my info has changed. I am now a "newbie" again, and go by the name Naihanchi1 but I was wondering if I could get the old name updated so I have my gold status again or if I have to start from scratch.

Hi- I found your previous name in the list... do you want me to change the email address to a new one so that you will be able to access the password? It doesn't tell me pwords or anything like that.
