Just an introduction, my name is Deb. I'm 27 and describe my style as daring. I love bold colors the most! I'm Italian, with olive/warm skin and light brown eyes. (Any suggestions on a future purchase would be awesome!)

I wanted to share my experience with you all. I received my first Aromaleigh package today.

I was daring and ordered 8 full sized containers from the pure hues collection because they were on sale. Boy am I impressed! I swatched all the colors, and I am in awe. I was immediately inspired by the color depth and complexity of all the colors I ordered. I will be sure to order more from Aromaleigh in the future (I even have colors picked out for my next purchase, I'm such a happy customer! haha).

I ordered Regal, Snapdragon, Pewter, Coco Bean, Agate, Holy Grail, Cocoa Mauve, & Moire. Oh my gosh, so amazing!

Hi, welcome to Aromaleigh!

If you love bright colors, check out the limited edition Les Papillons collection before it's gone -- it will probably only be around for a few more weeks!

Also check out the Sonic Rocks collection -- there's lots of bright and sparkly colors for you to choose from!

For colors, greens and purples can really make brown eyes pop, and jewel tones look lovely with many olive skintones. Gold eyeshadows (or colors with gold sparkles) can also bring out any gold flecks you may have in your brown eyes! Also try some teals if you love color -- I find that teals can look good on a lot of skintones and eye colors

Welcome! Glad to hear you love all your new colors! AL offers sample sizes at fantastic prices, so if there's any colors you're not sure about, go with samples. You may find a bunch of colors you can't live without!

Off the top of my head, I'd say take a peek at MissTat's FOTD's. Her coloring (I think!) is similar. Also check K.Caballero's, her coloring is similar.

I'm sure there are others that I'm missing, but those two will give you some great ideas. The FOTD's, Weekly Challenges, and Galleries are also great sources of inspiration!

If you liked pewter (that was one of the first samples I tried also), you'll love adrenochrome from the rocks! line.

Anything purple usually brings out brown eyes: Purple Princess, les papillons Ephermal Violet. There's a lot of other purples, but those two are on the top of my mind right now.

Cocoa Mauve and Holy Grail are two of the most interesting colors, and are a couple of my top favorites.

And I agree with girl_geek on teals....Aqua Nightmare from the gothic lolita collection is gorgeous!

I have wayyy too many Aromaleigh products it's not even funny. I threw out all the Avon and drugstore makeup I owned (except my mascara!)after my conversion this past April, and haven't looked back since.

About teal...that is a color I would never guess as a flattering one for me at all! I suppose it can't hurt to play around with it a bit and see how it goes.

Teal is one of those magical colors that can look great on both warm and cool skintones (it has green tones for the warmies and blue for the, er, coolies? I hear people use the term "warmie" but what's the corresponding one for cool tones? lol)

And any bright color, including teal, often looks great with brown eyes since brown is so neutral! Teal can also work with other colors of eyes too -- it can make my normally blue eyes look aqua or blue-green

demoness might have darker eyes than you, but here is a great example of teal eyeshadow with brown eyes!
