I wore Obssession yesterday, and when I got up this morning I had the hardest time removing it. I normally use Rimmel eye makeup remover, but I ran out, so I am now using something called The Balm,it's kind of greasy petroleum based stuff. But it didn't totally remove the pigment, then I also used some grapeseed oil, but that didn't remove it all either.

Blond, blue eyes, can wear cool colors mostly, some warms, and neutrals

Try olive oil, gently rub it onto your lids. Just make sure to wash with regular facial cleanser afterward!

I use the make up remover by Aromaleigh. It is AMAZING. Granted, if you have a lot on your eye, it does kind of spread around, but you can fold it or use another pad.

I think the red toned Rocks are particularly tenacious!

Using a primer underneath will prevent most of the transfer and make removal easier. Better to have rosy lids from remnants of the shadow than to overscrib, too! And for heaven's sake, wash your face before going to bed - don't let makeup, even the best kind, marinate in your skin overnight!

My coloring - Fair, naturally curly dark red hair, freckles (light golden), combo to oily skin, use 1W Glissade and/or Voile, although I can and have worn 1Y, 1Y/L, and 1Y/L/00 at different times. Would describe my coloring as neutral - not a classic Autumn, not really a Winter, maybe more of a Late Fall?

Thanks Cin, I will try that. I hear Olive Oil is good for cleaning brushes too!

Nix, I might also look into to trying that, thanks!

Bridget, thanks for your advice, however, I do not go to bed regularly without taking my makeup off. It's once in awhile. Besides I was told that it is okay to sleep in your minerals, since they are so good for your skin. I had no idea the Rocks would be so difficult to remove. But thank you anyway.

I use jojoba oil and rub it gently around my eyes with my fingers. Then I wipe with a tissue to get off excess. After that I use a regular facial cleanser for the rest of my face. I may try olive oil after my jojoba is gone. I have a hard time with the gel liners and sometimes will have to put on oil twice to get it all off.
