I was looking to try 2 of the sonic rouges, but I'm not sure what shades would look most flattering on me. I'm really drawn to wildflower, cherrybomb and sunday girl.

So anyway, I was wondering if anyone had any suggestions? What do you think would look best with my coloring?

Thanks!

Before I even saw you list I thought of wildflower and sundaygirl for you! They'd all be great, but those two especially leap to mind!

My coloring - Fair, naturally curly dark red hair, freckles (light golden), combo to oily skin, use 1W Glissade and/or Voile, although I can and have worn 1Y, 1Y/L, and 1Y/L/00 at different times. Would describe my coloring as neutral - not a classic Autumn, not really a Winter, maybe more of a Late Fall?

Hi Zhariel!

You're going to love the Rocks! Rouges. I would highly recommend sampling all of them, however, you mentioned my favorite 3!

But I know we all have to make choices sometimes, so...if it were me and I were picking 2 from the ones you mentioned, I would definitely pick up wildflower! The next choice would be difficult indeed, but even though I personally use cherry bomb quite often, I think your creamy complexion is screaming for sunday girl! It's a fresh, clear peach that is totally wearable, and I defy you to not feel happy when you wear it! It also looks fantastic with Enamour gloss.

Have fun and post pics wearing your choices!

I'm anxious to see photos of you in whatever rocks rouge(s) you choose. My personal faves are firewoman, sinisterrouge, breathless and candy-o. I've never tried the ones you mentioned above. I think sundaygirl would be great on you.

I just ordered wildflower and sundaygirl.
I also picked up Backinblack and funkytown in the rocks e/s, and smokescreen and cocoa mauve in the pure hues. I just had to take advantage of the 15% off sale Smile

Thanks everyone for your suggestions!
And of course I'll post pics Smile

they are all nice, apply with a fiber optic brush though. A little (and I mean one or two grains (or specks the size of maybe 3-5 individual poppy seeds) of it is all you need on the fiber optic brush. Just don't use it like other blushes or rouges (tiny tiny specks only) and you will have a flush of color that looks like it emanates from within.

Blue-eyed brunette. Necessities : 2W or 2WL with 1Y, Bella gloss or Belladonna lipstick, venomous or scubadive gel liner

I think you're right - Wildflower, Cherrybomb, and Sunday Girl, which (to me) are all slightly warmer. Although Wildflower suits cool tones too!

You're gonna love 'em.

I love peachy shades on you. I vote Femmefatale and SundayGirl. I am almost 100% positive you would love Femmefatale. I also agree with the Cherrybomb and Wildflower suggestions though...I don't know, maybe you need a bunch of samples? Big Grin They really do last for a long time.

Sinisterrouge turned out to be one of the most natural looking blushes on me. I like Wildflower as well, but Sinisterrouge works so well with my coloring, in makes my eyes and lips glow without anything else on them!

custom mix of: voile/glissade 1YL-2YL plus a bit of Lilas Coquille. Green eyes, Dark purple/brown/black hair, freckles. Current faves: Bella, Sinisterrouge, and Luminary!

I am a 2YL usually, although I go lighter in the winter and darker in the summer.
I LOVE sinisterrouge!!! I always go back to it.
I also like wildflower, sundaygirl and cherry bomb.
The rouge samples are huge. You sample a few and you are set for a while.
You'll need a fiber optic brush, because you only need a couple of flecks of minerals to get a nice natural flush to your cheeks. I've never used them with a regular brush. I'm assuming I'd have trouble getting the blush to not look like huge spots on my face.
You'll love the rouge.
Kathy

Femmefatale and Sundaygirl are my favorites! Femmefatale is a pink with a hint of peach, while sundaygirl is obviously a full-blown peach/orange. I bet both would look good on you!

Wildflower will also be lovely on you! I think you sould also consider sampling sinister rouge on your next order. (I'd actually describe it as more of a berry pink than a true burgundy, but it's still a pretty shade!) The reds like firewoman and cherrybomb would also be a neat contrast with your hair. Since you apply these blushes so lightly, a sample will last a very long time!
