I wanted to get some rouge but I'm having some trouble picking the color for my skin. I am very pale with natural dark hair and brown eyes.
I'm unsure of whether I am a cool tone or a pink tone ( I look very very good in purples, browns, mauves, pinks and blues. I however do not look good in yellows or greens.) Can you ladies help me pick a color? I like wildflower but I don't know... please heeelp!

By the colors you said you look good in, I'm going to guess you are more on the cool side. Purple, pink, blue, and muave are all definitely colors! So I think you would look great in Wildflower! However, don't let that stop you from sampling multiple colors -- I am warm myself, but there are a handful of pinks (Cashmere and Myrtle especially) that I still like on my skin!

I highly encourage you to sample multiple colors -- you may be surprised at what you like and don't like! Plus, the blush samples last a very long time -- especially the Rocks samples, since they are so highly pigmented you only need a tiny bit!

If you are sampling Rocks rouges or other dark or bright colors, I also highly recommend that you pick up the Fiber Optic Blush Brush. The Rocks rouges in particular are too bright for most girls to wear "normally" -- using a fiber optic brush and/or applying the blush underneath your foundation helps tone the color down to a more wearable level! Smile (I am so pale that I apply the Rocks blushes with an FO brush and under my foundation -- it gives me a healthy "glow from within" look rather than bright clown cheeks!)

I'm not sure what other colors to suggest -- most of my favorites are the warm side, such as Nectar, Rococo, Sundaygirl, Femmefatale, etc. I also love Corset, which seems to be a fairly neutral color -- I think it would work great on warm and cool skintones alike! (The Gothic Lolita blushes are a bit more shimmery. I prefer more of a matte look myself, so I apply a light dusting of Voile on top of Corset to cut down the shimmer!) I also think Breathless Rocks is a lovely color for cool skintones, though I haven't tried it myself. You would probably look great in most any pink, muave, or purplish blush, but don't be afraid to sample other colors if something catches your eye!

Try a sample of Wildflower (or splurge and try the sample set!). It's a shade that many cool and warm ladies can wear successfully.

You might want to apply it UNDER your foundation, and you only need the tiniest amount. As girl_geek suggested, the fiber optic brush is the best way to apply the Rocks Rouges.
